    You can chose between two delivery methods:

    –  International Flat Rate at $15 with a delivery within 5 to 7 days

    –  Local Flat Rate at $5 with a delivery within 3 to 5 days

    This cost is at your charge and is added to the total price of the purchased products.

     

    What are the delivery times?

    Any order placed at the Website before 3pm EST during business days will be prepared and shipped the same day, provided payment was received as described in section 4 of this Agreement.

    After processing the order, Products will be shipped using the shipping method selected by the Customer, and will be delivered in accordance with the delivery time specified on the Website at the time the order was completed. Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day.

    Please wash your swimwear in Washing machine under delicate Program settings and by putting the garment in a Net. Similarly, to preserve the quality of your swimsuit, do not hand-wash it in a too hot water as it could shrink, rub off or deteriorate.

    RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

    You have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days (calendar days include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after the receipt date of your order to return the item(s) for an exchange, a partial or a full refund may apply.

    All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and a staff member will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.

    You have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days (calendar days include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after the receipt date of your order to exchange one or more products of your order (in the limit of available stocks).

    The total amount of the new products should be inferior or equal to the total amount of the returned products.

    For an exchange, please follow the returns terms and procedure described below.

    The exchange order will be shipped within seven (7) business days following the reinstatement of the returned items in stock (subject to availability). Once your exchange order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number of the parcel.

    All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and a Beach Bums Miami staff member will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.

    How to return  my order?

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, labeled and complete (along with all accessories). Products that are returned, including incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or washed will not be accepted. Products must also have the protective tape on the bottom of swimwear or underwear.

    • For hygienic reasons, please note that swimwear and underwear should be tried on over your own underwear, without removing the protective tape.

    • If you received a promotional gift, please attach it to your return.

    A return which would not meet these requirements will not be refunded.

     

    What is the refund delay?

    The returned item(s) will be refunded on the bank account used to pay for the order within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from its receipt by Beach Bums Miami.

    An email will be sent to confirm the reception of your parcel and its partial or full refund.

    Important: It is your responsibility to keep all proof of return. Therefore, we recommend using a traceable and secure way back.

     

    Are the return costs of my order free?
